CABLE (DOUBLE SCREENED)
In electronic
data processing and control systems highly sensitive signals
are transmitted and to control large scale insulations
process computors are used for example in Traffic Signal
Systems, Assembly Lines, Rolling Mills, Steel Works and
Food Processing.the transmission routes are full of electrical
and megnetic interference to eliminate these cross-talk.
The external screening plays an important role in the
transmission of signals via cables in these type of installations
anlouge and digital signals are transmitted over a great
distances.
Mitushi CY-PiMF Triple protection cable has been developed
to protect against induction. The polyethylene insulated
cores are twisted into pairs and individual pair screened
with aluminium foil along with drain wire to ensure continuous
contact with screen. These two techniques eliminate the
high level of cross-talk between the pairs. As a third
measure to protect against the external electrical interference
pairs are covered with an overall screening of copper
wire (mesh type). The outer sheath is of special type
PVC based compound which protect the cable against mechanical
and chemical stresses.
DESCRIPTION
:
Fine wire strands of annealed plain high conductivity
electrolytic grade copper conductor. Individual core insulated
with extruded polyethylene compound Two such cores twisted
together to form a pair screen with aluminium backed mylar
tape along with ATC drain wire in continuous contact with
aluminium side of aluminium backed mylar tape, all such
screened pairs paidup in a common covering of double wounded
synthetic film and overall screened with copper wire (mesh
type) Aluminium backed mylar tape along with Drain wire
then finally jackted with special PVC compound.
